Students of the MA programme "English-Speaking Cultures: Language, Text, Media" are delighted to welcome you to a three-day journey of inspiring presentations!
We are pleased to present you the third conference in the series of MasterVision conferences organised by the students of the E-SC master's programme at the University of Bremen. This year, the conference will take place from 21st to 23rd February 2022 online via Zoom.
The organising committee welcomes all the language enthusiasts to share their ideas, research projects, and papers. The conference covers a broad range of topics, which allows you to present your research on Postcolonial Studies, Feminist Studies, Linguistics, Cultural Studies, Literary Studies, and many more.
MasterVision is a great opportunity to practise your public speaking skills, as well as to acquire some Academic Work Experience. Participants and presenters can earn up to 2 CP's for the AWE modules.
If you would like to present your research, please send your abstract to the following E-Mail address: mastervision2022@outlook.com.
Please consider the following important information before applying:
• Author's name and contact details (E-Mail address)
• Title of presentation
• Thematic field the abstract is submitted for
• The number of words for the abstract: 200-500, outlining the presentation (excluding keywords and the list of references)
• Please submit your abstract as a PDF file with the following filename: ESC_Abstract_LastName
• Deadline for submissions and registration: February 7th
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the conference committee, and then the authors will be notified whether their work has been accepted or rejected. All accepted presenters will be notified by February 14th.
